If you do not upload a screenshot, our system will automatically create one, usually the first frame of your video.

  8. I just uploaded some media, but I am not seeing it show up in the appropriate group. How do I associate media with a group?
You must first belong to a group before you can associate media with it. Go to the group page and join. You will now have the ability to associate any file you upload with any of the groups you have joined. You can also edit existing media in your profile page to add it to a group that you have joined after uploading the file.

  9. I am copying and pasting text from another program (such as MS Word) and it is breaking the page. What am I doing wrong?
Unfortunately, some word processing programs insert invisible characters which contain formatting and layout information. These characters can break the html of our pages. The best thing to do is to type your text directly into the text box. If you really need to cut and paste, paste the text into a simple text editor like Notepad first. This will strip out all the problem characters. You can then copy and paste from there and have no problems.
